I detoured tonight, and pulled my ailerons and flaps (left wing only) back outta storage to look them over. Turns out that I missed the rear rivets on one rib on the flaps! Lol. Anyhow...the hinge still wasn't cleaned up yet, so I deburred it, cortec'd it, and final riveted it.
I then clamped it to the wing and lined the aileron up next to it. Decided to cut the aileron mass balancer hole thru the rear spar. It seems to rub, so maybe I need to hog out a little more, however maybe it's just better to wait until I get the skin back on in order to get a better picture.
