Brief Description: Aileron trim actuator inspection hole
Cut and drilled aileron trim actuator inspection hole. Trimmed aileron trim actuator rode to fit. Drilled and cleco'd 6-ATO-1-6 into place on the trim.
Now just need to debur drilled parts from tonight, disassemble and scuff inside of aileron, then spray corrosion protectant (cortec) in both ailerons. Then I'll be able to move on to the main parts of the wing.
On Friday, the other 2 Amigos and I are heading down to Mexico (Zenith) to pick up our fuselage kits (yah!). Things in heavy discussion are fuel systems design. Lorin decided to tag along with us for the trip! Pretty cool to have my bro (who's built his own plane, a shiny Sonex Weiex) come along for the ride. I think the other 2 guys are going to be barraging him with questions.
