Using my nifty new Dremel with green attachment. I tried the red one and it didn't seem to do much to burrs whereas the green did a fairly good job at smoothing down the chaff.
Issue: Trying to figure out how to deburr the 6T6-1 trim piece on the inside. When looking down it it has some pretty nasty chaff. I'll put a question out to the builders forum (Zenith).
Annnnd I got several answers that said "put a vixen file on a yard stick". ;) Done and done.
