Brief Description: Disassemble and Debug

Went through all holes, checking each one with the appropriate rivet and re-drilled to clean up on any that binds. Disassembed elevator. Deburred all ribs. Ran the red scotchbrite pad on all ribs and horns and their doubles on joining survaces. Next I'll debur and scotchbrite elevator skin and hit it with cortex.
