Brief Description: Installed firewall pass through
After a long break and much hand-wringing over the progress of the modification kit for the 601XL/650, I'm back in the game. You would never think that drilling a 1" hole would take so long, but this is through galvanized steel and it doesn't yield easily to any drill bit I own. Once the hole was made with the step drill, I still had to deburr the back side, which was not easy given the angle and the hardness of the material. Anyway, it's in and I'm on my way. More updates to follow.
