Brief Description:  Rearranged shop

As I transition into working on the instrument panel and interior wiring, there will be many situations where I will need to be working in the cockpit area. With my airplane pointing nose out, I could not open the canopy when the garage door was open. This was not only a problem for air movement, but also a disaster waiting to happen if the garage door was to be opened while the canopy was lifted. The damage would have been significant. My answer to that was to turn the airplane around. After experimenting with several options, the only one that made sense was to move the worktable to the opposite side of the garage, which allows the plane to come in at an angle that works for canopy opening. It was really take some getting used to, since I am so accustomed to pulling tools out from the tool drawers to the work bench, and back, and forth. Now there is an airplane separating those two areas. I'm sure it will work out fine, and I will have a whole bunch more light when working in the cockpit, due to the overhead fluorescent lights. BTW, it was kind of fun rolling the airplane out into the street. At least now I can get a new flat spot on my tires!
