Brief Description: Cut canopy and installed back half
There are plenty of learnings to share, but I will save those for another post (after the project is complete). With a great amount of help from Tom (our son-in-law), I was able to place, trim, and cut the canopy in half. That is one nerve-wracking job! The final stretch was the installation of the rear potion to the roll-bar protection system. For those who have viewed the DVD from HomebuiltHelp.com, you will recognize that I am out of sequence. That came as a result of a challenge (code for "problem") that arose last night. I had to sleep on it, and this morning was prepared to get the job done, just in a different way. No details yet, until I can prove that my method actually worked. Suffice it to say, I have a canopy riveted to the rear frame...and it fits beautifully.
