Not that I expect to be doing this again, but I'm actually getting pretty good at this. The results were outstanding and the two frames are as close to identical as humanly possible with blocks of wood and clamps. It was fun setting up the rear tube in the approximate final location to get a sense of the ultimate location of the break point between the fixed rear canopy and the hinged front portion. The 650 design was attractive to me for many reasons, but primarily because of the latch system and the much improved headroom with this canopy. You can really begin to see that in these pictures.
