Brief Description:  Discovered error in plans for arm rest side

I'm willing to be convinced otherwise, but after 90 minutes of making beautifully crafted part blanks for two arm rest sides (per the 650 changes), I discovered what you see in the picture. There were at least two problems. The flange width at the bottom was too wide, but that may be due to my own adjacent part placement. The rear angle, leaving a significant gap at the back, is what I'm most concerned about. I know that the center spar is tipped back 2 degrees, which would have a slight effect on the geometry, but that much? Maybe, but I doubt it. I have to say that the reference points on this particular drawing were more obtuse and cross-matched than any I've seen in my 30+ months of building. The reference point at one corner would be for the bend line, but at the other corner it would be for the 18mm flange. This happens on both sides, which is most unusual. I'll talk to the folks at Zenith on Monday, just to get the real story.
