Brief Description:  Added center seat back channel & Ls

The first step was adding the .040" thick seat panel angle to the back side of the rear seat panel. This really stiffens things up and provides a good back for the seat back and the flap support mechanism. Next I added the center seat back channel. Because this Tom Henderson-fabricated part was pre-drilled at the top, it required me to carefully locate the hole "in the blind". Normally I would have used a hole duplicator, but nothing of that sort would fit. I just carefully measured before drilling, and hit them all quite well. The final step was to add the L angles under the baggage floor that then come forward and intersect with the center seat back channel. One step closer to being a place to sit and make airplane noises!
