Brief Description:  Added L angles for baggage shelf

Page B-16 has long been one I've pondered and studied. Especially now with the new 650 baggage shelf modification -- and no photo assembly guide to rely on -- I'm probably spending one hour in study for every 2 to 3 hours of building. The first hour of my session today was spent confirming locations of the bulkheads and fuselage side L angles, since both play an important role in the placement of the baggage floor. Once I was satisfied, I fabricated and placed the baggage floor angle (65-B-12-6) to form the back lip supporting the baggage floor. Next I removed the upright channels and most forward fuselage side skin L angle to have a straight shot when placing my baggage floor side-supporting L angles. Once those were out of the way, I could see that there was something wrong with the geometry of my upper seat and baggage floor support (6-B-16-6). This was a Tom Henderson part (surprise, surprise) and the upper flange angle was approximately 45 degrees when the plans call for 35. That kind of difference was tipping the bottom flange up too high. Once I corrected that, things started fitting much better. I crimped the Ls per the plans and things went together just great. I marked the side skins where the L was placed and shortened my upright channels and the upright L to fit. NOTE: The plans call for the baggage floor angle to be 835mm wide. Because I wanted the bottom portion that is cut to the shape of the upper longeron to go from side to side and fully support the baggage floor, I increased the width to 860mm and trimmed it to fit. This was one of those judgment calls that is required when working without an assembly guide. I'm pleased with the results.
