Brief Description: Finished left front side and gussets
I got on a roll tonight and added the bracing gusset and rolled gusset that tie into the heel support and side skin to the right side first. My plan was always to swing around and do all the remaining tasks on the left side next, over a couple of nights if I kept up my original pace. Well there is something to be said for picking up speed with familiarity of these tasks. In just over two hours I completed what took me nearly twice as long on the right side. The front fuselage area from the center spar forward is all but complete. The next time I work, I'll install the bottom engine mounts and that should wrap up the front third of the plane. After that I get to start with the seat area. Maybe someday I'll have something in the garage that will actually hold me up while I make silly engine noises.
