Brief Description:  Note on angle of incidence

I was debating whether or not to go with the new angle of incidence called out in the Zenith Zodiac 650 plans. Part of my confusion came from having the wrong spacing because of my improperly sized gear channel. Quite simply, everything was in flux. Once I corrected that problem, I was able to re-insert my wing jigs to see if my fix really fixed the issues surrounding the rear spar/attach plate intersection. The really good news is that it did. That's cause for celebration. On the other hand, as I tipped the back of the jig down 2% to match the 650, the gap between the rear spar and attach plate grew larger. I'm sure the new plans address that, but I'm also smart enough to know when I have a bird in the hand. You may quote me on this: I've finally decided to stick with the 601XL angles of incidence, making it possible for me to move ahead with a whole bunch of building before the 650 plans become available. No parts to remake, no waiting for a few dimensions on the new plans. I can charge ahead, which I will now gladly do.
