Brief Description: 4 - Good start on air inlet rings
I have been having trouble sourcing the PVC couipler that is specified for the air inlet on the nosebowl. When I was visiting Dave Gardea, he pulled out the portion remaining after he produced his own and gave it to me. Thanks, Dave. Today I cut two 1/2" rings using the bandsaw and then temporarily clamped them in position. With the help of Steve Glover I mixed a batch of epoxy with flox and started the process of securing them. In 24 hours, I'll complete with another batch of epoxy and eventually I'll be able to sand them down and paint the nosebowl.
