Brief Description:  Adjusted aileron and dual stick geometry

After achieving the correct tension on my cables, one aileron was always a bit higher than neutral. The fix is simple and that is to adjust the length of the threaded steel rod connecting the bellcrank with the aileron. In this case it needed to be shortened. Next I wanted to adjust the left/right alignment of the dual sticks to put them in the best position between my legs. Once again, this is done by adjusting the length of the threaded steel rod between the two rod ends. In the case of both the pilot and passenger sides, I had to shorten the rods to achieve the desired placement. Now the ailerons are even and neutral with the sticks in good locations.
