Brief Description:  Removed solid rivets in center spar

Since removing the center spar from the airplane, I've had lots of time to think and consult. A recent call to Doug Dugger of Quality Sport Planes helped me land on a solution to my center spar issues. Because I'm now sure that the top halves of the spar were compressed before drilling and riveting, I need to remove solid rivets that are outboard of the web spacers. In theory, this will allow the top doubler (6-ZU-2-1) and the seat front angle (6-ZU-2-2) to open up sufficiently to allow the wing main spar to slide into place. Today I drilled out 6 solid rivets on each side and then spread the gap. I was able to achieve 17mm+, so the plan seems to be working. Now I need to make two spacers that are the thickness of the wing main spar and put them in place while drilling and replacing the old solid rivets with the next size up.
