Brief Description:  Trimmed wing roots and attempted wing install

I made it to the hangar bright and early and first reattached the leg from the worktable that had been removed in the trip from Tustin to Chino. I then started to install the rudder, but discovered that I had not reamed a hole in the lower hinge. I'll bring back the correct reamer next time. When Dave Prizio of our EAA chapter came by and offered to round up some guys to help install the wings, I jumped into action. I trimmed the wing roots and deburred them. I next assembled all the tools and fasteners needed. When the guys came by, we carried out the left wing, only to discover that the channel in the center spar was too narrow for the main spar. I have some ideas which I will explain in a subsequent post. First, back to the plans and a call to the Zenith shop on Monday. Not fun, but very survivable.
