Brief Description: 1 - Wired GPS to ELT at ELT end
In order for the GPS signal to be available to the 406 MHz ELT, I need to run a shielded 3-conductor wire from the EFIS to the ELT. At the ELT end there is a Mini DIN connector that had to be wired. The wires and posts are extremely fine and had to be precision soldered then sealed with RTV inside the plug. After that was accomplished and tested, I ran the wire and began spiral wrapping the bundle from aft to fore. It is now ready for final securing tonight.
