For years we have used a Brother P-Touch label maker and I thought that would be my choice when labeling my panel. When I went online to order white on clear laminated tape, I noticed that the PC controlled Brother label printer was actually quite reasonable ($39) and it allowed you to use editing software on the computer that is WYSIWYG. Knowing how many dozens of feet of tape I have wasted in the past on various projects, I decided to get one. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Not only do you see what you are getting in advance, you can use any font, symbol or art on your computer. It also supports vertical printing, which I wanted to use. The possibilities are impressive. It is the P-Touch PT-2430 PC. As you can see in my pictures, I finished my labeling tonight.
