Brief Description:  Completed stick grip wiring harness

From the day my stick grips arrived, with their long bundle of wires, I knew it was going to be a fun challenge to make sense of everything and actually make them work as intended. In the end, I chose to have the selector switch move all functions from pilot to co-pilot, even though I had given thought to having some shared functions back to the pilot when the co-pilot's grip was hot. In the end, the complexity outweighed the benefits. The way it is set up, there is nothing that a passenger can do to their stick grip that will affect the trim, flaps or starter (and PTT once installed). They are locked out unless I give them control. If I ever need it back, it just takes a flip of the selector switch. I chose to install a 6-pin Molex connector just a few inches away from the panel switch. This should make panel removal much easier should it be required in the future. The many wires leading to the pilot and co-pilot male D-sub connectors are not in a shield yet. I'm waiting to complete the installation of the push-to-talk (PTT) wires. The next morning I wired everything together and am pleased to report that it all works as designed!
