Tonight I installed 3/16" OD Nylaflow tubing for all my brake system except the final connection from the gear leg to calipers. In that case I used the more flexible 1/4" OD Poly-Flo tubing with268P-04x02 brass male connectors. With the Nylaflow everywhere else, I used 268P-03x02 brass male connectors (at the brake cylinders and to connect to the gun-drilled main gear). I routed the tubing from the master cylinder all the way to the main gear without coupling or breaks by threading it through rubber grommets as it went through the floor by the pedals and popped back up in the center console tunnel between the seats. Pictures of that will follow in the next log entry.
