Brief Description:  1 - Reinstalled intake manifold

When the rear oil assembly is attached, the studs that protude out of the back are torqued down with 3/8" x 16 nuts to create a tight seal. This was done when I installed this part of the engine orginally, and there was no oil leak in the area. When all you are adding is the depth of the intake manifold flange, there is sufficient stud remaining to add a lock washer and nut with thread to spare. That all changes when you add the throttle reverser because the total depth becomes too great. After consulting with William Wynne, I felt safe removing the first nut, reassembling the stack and torqueing the whole thing to 15 ft. lbs. Now there is plenty of thread left.
