Brief Description:  Installed pilot side stick grip

Today the Infinity Grips arrived and I was anxious to dive in. I'm sure the 2nd grip will go much faster, but there were a number of fairly precise steps that one must take to insure a good fit. The part that is unseen is the drilling and cutting of the metal tube. You drill a 29/64" hole down 1/2" from the end, at the angle you want to orient the stick. I turned mine clockwise 15 degrees since I will be mostly using my left hand. Then on the back side of the tube you cut a slot 1/2" wide and 1.25" long starting at the end to allow the wires to exit the tube while missing the bottom boss for the allen screw. Quite well designed and very rugged. For your information the top left button is the starter, the center is the hat switch for trim, the right switch is for the flaps. The thumb button half way down the right side is going to be for autopilot disconnect (later for control wheel steering) and the little finger switch is reserved for the good possibility that MGL will activate voice commands in the future. Of course there is a regular push to talk switch on the top back.
