Brief Description:  Cut access holes in forward top skin

No excuses but lots of reasons for being gone from the shop for 45 days. Mostly work and minor health stuff. Now that my focus and energy are back, it was fun being productive and moving toward my goal of flight. With the help of an internet builder named Mike, I came up with my plan for the access holes in the forward top skin. Before cutting anything, I measured carefully to insure that I would have enough room between the two panels to set the Zaon traffic detection unit on top with the wires routed through the center section OR mount the bottom portion below the deck with the receiver projecting through the center area. This meant leaving enough room between the panels to handle the width of the entire unit should I decide at some point to partially conceal it. From that point on it was just a lot of careful measurement. The recessed flange in which I will mount nutplates is cut from a single piece of 0.32" aluminum for stiffening. I also elected to go this way so I can remove one half at a time, if that is all that is required.
