Brief Description:  Added support tail to starter

Due to a really rough bout of bronchitis, some travel, work-related responsibilities and now the holidays, I've been conspicuously absent from the shop. Tonight it felt great to be back in the swing of things. Even before that, I probably spent an hour (not accounted for here) just straightening up the shop and getting ready for my next push forward. First I torqued the castellated nut on the safety shaft to 100 foot/pounds and retorqued the hybrid studs that hold on the prop hub to 25 foot/ pounds. Then I drilled for a cotter pin, which I installed. Most of my time was spent fabricating and installing a support tail for the back of the starter. The piece itself is the height of simplicity, but the perfect alignment of the holes is what takes some time. In the end, I was quite pleased with the results.
