Started on the Wing Tip. Bent the L brackets and clecoed.
Went over to see Jay Bannister's progress today. He is pretty far along. He has the Fuse done, and is working on FWF plumbing and such. He showed me a couple of tools he made, including a skin end feeler, and a hole finder. His clips for the break lines look nice, and his idea for the parking break just may work. He used 2 brass ball valves on a bracket under the center console. You apply the breaks with the pedals, then pull the handle to shut the ball valves to trap the pressure. I may try a similar idea but with a T handle like the Diamond on the center console.
He has his Fuel pumps mounted outside the firewall for safety. No fuel under pressure inside the cabin.
