Brief Description:  Received Tail Kit & Complete Tool Kit

I received a pink card in the mail today notifying me to call Yellow Transportation to schedule a delivert time for my Tail kit. I had been watching the tracking info provided by Zenith and knew the kit was in town. The Tracking info told me the package was on the truck for local delivery! After a call to Yellow, I was told that they didn't have my phone number, so could not call me to arrange the delivery, so they sent the postcard. Yellow's customer service informed me that I could pick up the crate anytime 24/7/365 days a year if I needed it before next week.I drove the hour from my house to the Yellow terminal in Irving, Texas at about 11:00 Friday night, and waited for about an hour for them to unload the crate off the truck they were using to store it in.While I was waiting, the customer service lady showed me the Boll of Lading and noted there wasn't a phone number printed in the alloted area. I told her that it wasn't a problem, since I could pick the shipment up, but would notify Zenith to be more careful with my wings. When the forklift arrived with the 8 foot long crate, the first thing I saw was my phone number in Extra large type, right on top! She said they don't look at the package, just the paperwork. We loaded the crate in my wife's Grand Caravan for the long trip home. The crate was under 200 pounds, but looked like it weighed a ton. I can say that it is the best packing job I have ever seen. Everythng was in there, snug as a bug. The bill was only $114.11 for the freight company from Zenith to Dallas. (Would have been to my house, but I didn't want to wait for delivery)I also purchased the complete tool kit from Zenith, just to save some hastle and aggrevation. I inspected the contents and put the tools, clecos, rivets, drill bits, and everything else in their new homes, and went to bed.
