Brief Description: Removed Solid Rivets on right wing
That was by far the slowest, most frustrating thing I have had to do to the airplane. Drilled, sheared and drove the solid rivets out of the upper spar doubler.
My compressor isn't strong enough for the air hammer to do much. On the next set, I will drill a little deeper into the rivet and convert a punch to be used in the air hammer. I ground an air hammer chisel down, but it was tapered and would get caught in the hole.
