Brief Description: Inspection cover reinforcement ring
Today a called vans aircraft and talk to Tom he told me how to countersink the holes for the 8/32 nut plates. Instead of drilling a #19 hole I left the hole a #30 and installed the nut plates then I used a #30 countersink by doing it that way the nut plate keeps the countersink centered in the hole.
