Continued flush riveting the Horizontal Stabilizer. It's all riveted now except for the hinge and the fiberglass tips. I'm waiting to install the hinge until I can get the 3/64" holes drilled that the cotter pins go into.
Great news about my new flush riveting technique! Setting the rivets first with 35PSI so the stem doesn't break, then breaking the stem with 45PSI has worked every time. It looks like my frustrations with protruding stems, and stems pulling through without breaking are over!!!
