Started skinning the horizontal stabilizer. It took a while to get the skin lined up with the frame. I was surprised that positioning the skin correctly was as difficult as it was. I drilled all the pilot holes on the left-top side of the stabilizer, so I have yet to see how close the holes are to the center of the ribs. This is a little frustrating because I tried to get everything fabricated very accurately. Unfortunately, I think I may have an inaccurate 48 inch ruler that is complicating things. In the end, I expect that some of the holes may be slightly off center, but still pretty much in the middle of the ribs.
