Brief Description: Rivet center wing panel to fuselage
Wanted to improve the looks and the ability for the rivets fastening the bottom wind skin to the fuselage to be better able to transfer loads and enjoy a bit more reliability (avoid unusual shear loads) so I fabricated four overlapping shear tabs. Riveted them to the wing skins with small, solid button head rivets and then to the fuselage with round head pull rivets.
