Brief Description: Antenna completion

Sanded the "rib plugs" that were used to bond the di-pole antenna in place to match the rib contour. Installed dummy cable and took measurements for all of the RG-400 cable (all 3 antennas). Fabricated the parts for the hinge pin locking scheme (instrument panel).
