Brief Description: Completed Tanis wire routing, installed new choke
Finished routing and tie wrapping all Tanis wires. Added new mounting bolts after drilling the heads for safety wire and installed the same.
Installed the rubber tube link between the fuel pump outlet and the aluminum line. (Yes, the auto parts store finally received new fuel line stock.)
Installed a new (replacement) choke cable. (For the first time I tried a technique read in the aviation magazines to be used to prep the ends of the cable that facilitates installing them and avoids fraying. Simply chuck it up in a drill, heat to red and twist until it breaks.)
