The first mystery to solve was how to "back drill" the rear holes for the camlocs - a location that can't be reached. Ended up mounting a flashlight to a stick and shining the light up thru a one inch brass tube placed in the camloc receptacle.
Cut the turtle deck to size (cut off extra material on the sides).
Filed small "slots" in the camloc holes so they could be inserted. (The turtle deck is too thick to allow the camlocs to be inserted without some type of allowance for the retaining pin. The factory suggested a larger diameter hole but I prefer a tighter fit on the diameter.)
Laid out and started cutting the replacement door hinges.
