Interesting day in terms of actual time spent vs. forecasted time.
Laid out and marked the planned rib stitching holes but I discovered a potential interference so I moved them all 0.125 inches forward.
Added the reinforcement tape - but since the supplied tape was 0.5 inches in width, every rib had to be done 4 times (vs. 2).
Pre-punched all holes.
Attempted to start the rib stitching but discovered I needed a curved needle. In attempting to bend the straight one I had - it broke. So, after grinding on a new tip and bringing out the MAP torch I had a one.
Several attempts to rib stitch concluded with unacceptable results so it was off to You Tube to find out what I was doing wrong. Tomorrow will be the real test.
