Brief Description: Bellcrank install, begin flaperon install
Finished installing the flaperon bell cranks sans riveting (awaiting final paint).
Rough installed the flaperon mounting plates. (on 20 plates: de-burred all edges, laid out a drill template, drilled #40 holes, removed excess, interfering epoxy on the ribs, match drilled each pair of mounting plates and installed the plates.)
Note: recommend using any of several, free 2D CAD program to quickly make layout templates, especially in cases of numerous, repetitive events. I use DraftSight by Dassault.
