Well, I just thought the radiator installation was complete. Just turn to the next page in the manual and, guess what? It is time to install the baffling. So, the small baffle was installed today. Rather than following the instructions for mounting the bottom flange to the firewall with four screws, I opted to use the existing holes (but only two of them) and using AN525 screws. As received, the forward side of the small baffle was too far forward from being a tight fit to the radiators so I added another layer of the baffling material. It still isn't tight but when I do the final install I'll squeeze in some red RTV.
