Finished fitting the pilot's window and prepped for final assembly (to be performed at an unknown later date).
1. Opened the screw holes in the frame. 2. Filed the weld beads still interfering with the acrylic. 3. Touch up painted the filed areas. 4. Cleaned up the tape lines around the periphery of the window and re-taped giving a margin for opening the screw holes and protecting the edges of the acrylic. 4. Opened the screw holes in the windows to 5/32".
