Brief Description: Continued installing the windows
Turns out that fitting the windows is a very repetitive task. Previously I had cut the windows as described earlier and I thought the fit was good. Not so fast acrylic breath. In order to finesse the fit to the exact baseline (top of the window frame) I discovered one or two interferences or edges that weren't parallel to the outside framework. As those issues were addressed and the window began to fit into its opening better and better, more opportunities were found to improve the fit. So - it took longer than forecasted but, what doesn't when building something that requires a lot of fabrication. So - I finished the co-pilot's window through clecoing it to the frame and the pilot's window is ready for drilling.
