Install front spar. Sanded top and bottom spar surfaces smooth as directed in the instruction book. Cleaned both the spar and skin where the epoxy will go with lacquer thinner. Carefully aligned both top skins so the cut line for the elevator is straight as defined by a string stretched from tip to tip over the cut line.Bonded the spar to both top skins using the System West epoxy supplied with the kit, Put weights on the spar to hold it down and folded towels under the skin to keep it firmly pressed to the spar.
