Applied stewart Systems Federal Yellow paint to the stabilizer tips and the Saddle in front of the rudder. Mixed and applied teh paint according to the Stewart instructions. Removed masking tape and plastic sheets. Sanded the primer paint on the rudder to remove the runs and rough spots.
