Completed the oil filler access door in the top cowl. Installed nut plates for the screws that secure the door.
Cut off the oil dip stick so it protrudes about 1/2" out from the cowling top. Made a 1.5" diameter 0.032" thick aluminum disk with a slot cut in the center. The disk will fit over the flat top of the dipstick to cover the dipstick hole in the cowling. Used JB Weld to secure the round cover to the dipstick.
