Filled brake system with fluid. Checked brakes. Normal.
Trimmed reinforcing angled on the underside of the cover in front of the instrument panel to give clearance to the top of the glovebox.
Installed the top forward panel and the removable access panel .
Adjusted the #2 ignition crank sensor to give it a bit more clearance from the trigger wheel.
Entered a beginning ignition map into both MJLT ignition timing modules.
Filled system with fuel (using a 1 gal fuel container) until fuel was present at the outlet of the fuel pressure regulator.
Started the engine. Quite a lot of engine missing at the beginning. Smoothed out somewhat after running a few minutes. Need to fiddle with the mixture control. Need to review the Rotec operating istructions. More testing tomorrow.
