Made a 5" x 3.5" hole in teh bulkhead behind the baggage shelf. Put in a stainless steel wire mesh screen over the hole from behind. Riveted the screen in using aluminum sheet "washers" behind the mesh to hold it in. Put the turtleback on the fuselage. Drilled out all bolt and rivet holes to clean out the clear coat. Countersunk all the rivet holes so Avex #4 rivets can be set flush.
