Finished trimming the turtleback layup to fit where it will be bonded. This required many trial and trim fittings. Sanded the outer surface of the turtleback using 220 and finally 320 grit sandpaper to smooth the surface and prepare it for clear coat. Did not sand where the window cutouts will be. Bonded the turtleback to the CF hoop behind the capopy using urethane panel bonding adhesive. Clamped in place to the hoop where necessary keep in position until the adhesive cures.
