Layed up the composite for the thutleback in the female mold. I used three layers of CF cloth and one layer of Kevlar. I used epoxy resin, System three brand. Did not use the 1/8" thick vinyl foam as a stiffening filler in the layup as I had planned to do. I thought I probably didn't need it and using the foam would make the layup process more difficult possibly requiring vacuum bagging the layup.
