Fastened the front turtleback hoop to the airframe with #10 bolts with the bolt ends flush with the surface so the CF/foam layup can be done without bolt interference. Trimmed the 1/16" plastic sheet I'll use for a support under the 1/8" foam turtleback core. Test fit the 1/16" plastic to the turtleback frame.
