Sanded the instrument panel CF overlay to smooth the surface. Applied 3 more coats of clear. There are still some areas where the clear coat does not flow out. I may have to remove all the clear and start over.
Went to town and bought 10x24 nylon bolts and nuts to fasten the fuse blocks to the fuse block sub panel.
Covered the glove box foam core with duct tape to prepare it for overlay with fiberglass cloth. Applied spray mold release. Layed up two layers of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin over the sides of the form.
Mounted the three fuse blocks to the fuse block sub panel using the nylon bolts and nuts. Checked fit of the fuse block sub panel to the bottom of the instrument panel. Routing of wires to/from the fuse block panel must be determined.
