Trimmed and fit the access opening stiffening pieces around the edges. Drilled rivet holes around the edges of the access opening and through the stiffeners. Dimpled some of the holes for flush rivets in the area where the canopy meets the top skin. Crimped the edge of a 19 x 19mm 0.025" angle to fit the contour of the top of the instrument panel. Fit the angle to the underside of the rear access opening stiffener and match drilled the holes to the previously drilled rivet holes. Test fit the access panel.
